On behalf of the Jewish Community Relations Council, the Israel Center, the Jewish Community Federation of San Francisco, the Peninsula, Marin and Sonoma Counties, Peninsula Temple Sholom, and the many other sponsoring organizations, I thank you for participating in the Israel Summer Institute on August 25th.

We were so pleased that you brought the "Hearing the Other Side: Palestinians and Jews in Dialogue," workshop to the Institute, and want to convey to you that we received excellent feedback on the workshops. Participants were thrilled to see your beautiful photograph displays, to read about the Dialogue groups and the nation wide success they are experiencing, and to learn about the unique perspectives Dialogue participants bring to the tables where they share their experiences and lives.

Your insights were very valuable, and participants approached us to make special mention of how glad they were to be able to learn from the perspectives shared in the workshop session, and how much they appreciated learning more about the dialogue style and its affect on our communities.

We are so appreciative of the work that you and others do in the Dialogue groups, and know that your willingness to share your experiences with our communities inspires others.

It is very meaningful for the JCRC to have the opportunity to work with dedicated and talented people like you, and we are so appreciative that you took the time out of your busy schedule to spend a Sunday working with us. I look forward to doing so again sometime soon, and hope that this New Year brings you and our global community health, happiness, safety, and peace!
