The PEACE DAY GLOBAL BROADCAST showers Earth
with expressions of cooperation beginning midnight GMT -- 5 pm Pacific, 8 pm

are exhibiting extraordinary acts of communication, creativity and cooperation
to bring our human family together to experience our oneness.
This weekend is remind us that a sustainable global
community is closer at hand than many people imagine.
Contributions come from China, Australia, Israel,
London, Kenya, France, Montreal, New York, Brazil, Scotland, New Orleans, Los
Angeles, Ghana, Scotland, India, Zimbabwe, Boston, New Zealand, Portland, San
Francisco, and more.
Inspiring concerts, festivals, personal narratives,
cultural pageants, and silence will dignify our diverse peoples.
As in years past, a peace-related film will be
featured as part of the annual PEACE DAY GLOBAL BROADCAST in honor of the

This years film is
"DIALOGUE IN NIGERIA: Muslims & Christians Creating Their Future."
This hopeful documentary gives voices and faces to 200
courageous Muslims and Christians diverse young women and men who unite
successfully in central Nigeria.
May this historic moment remind us that every day
can be PEACE DAY -- an opportunity to awaken each morning and reach out --
bridge to others and be our best together, beginning in small circles.
